The Air Jordan 4 x UNION LA Off Noir represents the next attempt at the highly anticipated pairing of the Air Jordan 1 duo from 2018. The new design features a black suede upper with black mesh at the heel. top and green mesh at the collar. The shoelaces are attached with molded red eyelets, matching the Air Jordan tag on the midsole and the Nike Air logo on the heel. The white mesh design is reminiscent of Tinker Hatfield’s early sketches of the AJ4, while the AIR JORDAN tag is usually mounted inside the tongue for a unique look. Chris Gibbs (Founder of Union) added his signature touch to the Jordan 4 x UNION LA Off Noir release in the form of neat colorways and translucent wings that support laces on the sides. Finally, the ‘UN/LA’ tag on the side panels represents Union and the yellow midsole evokes a vintage aesthetic.
